Pre-School Gymnastics Classes
Our pre-school classes cater for girls and boys 4 – 6 years old (Grade RR&R). Our pre-school classes prepare our little ones for ‘big’ school through learning gymnastics and life skills. We have a dedicated pre-school room, and our classes are small to ensure safety and personal development.
Each lesson is jam-packed with fun, age-appropriate activities to improve your child’s flexibility, co-ordination, gross motor skills, balance, strength, listening skills and concentration. Classes are 45 minutes long, in which they will be introduced to essential gymnastics skills like handstands and forward rolls as well as basic apparatus skills. We make use of themes to enhance learning (and fun!)

Rhythmic Gymnastics Pre-Team Gymnastics Classes
Rhythmic gymnastics is a girls-only Olympic sport. It is a combination of traditional gymnastics movements, dance, and hand apparatus (rope, hoop, ball, clubs & ribbon).
In our beginner classes, gymnasts learn basic gymnastics movements such as cartwheels and forward rolls as well as building a solid apparatus handling base.
Generally, gymnasts start off in the recreational program before moving into our competitive program, should they wish to. All pre-team gymnasts can participate in fun competitions & events.
Pre-Team classes are aimed at girls aged 6 years and older (Grade 1+).

Rhythmic Gymnastics Competitive Gymnastics Classes
Gymnasts selected for the rhythmic competitive program participate in club, district, provincial, national, and international events & competitions.
We follow Gymnastics South Africa’s competitive level’s program (Level 1-10) as well as the High-Performance program. Gymnasts can receive district, provincial, national & Protea colours.
Most gymnasts spend a year or two in our beginners’ program before moving into the competitive program, should they wish to do so. These gymnasts train between 2-18 hours per week depending on their level.
