Glenwood Gymnastics Club

Glenwood Gymnastics Club, based in Durban, South Africa, was established in 2013 and we have grown from small beginnings to a diverse and vibrant club filled with passionate gymnasts. We are gymnast centered and assist our gymnasts to be the best person they can be.

We offer:

  • Competitive & recreational rhythmic gymnastics to girls
  • Pre-school gymnastics to girls & boys
  • Parkour gymnastics to girls & boys

Our main branch is in Glenwood, however we also offer classes in Westville and Glenmore.

Gymnastics is a great activity for children with ADHD, learning challenges and fine or gross motor challenges.

All our coaches are qualified according to the South African Gymnastics Federation (SAGF) coaching framework and our senior coaches have FIG (International Gymnastics Federation) qualifications. All our coaches are fun and enthusiastic, with the child’s best interests at heart and all have been trained in First Aid. Additionally, we have a Safeguarding (protection of children & vulnerable adults) policy that aligns with the National Federation policy and all our coaches are screened and trained.

We encourage our gymnasts to work hard, be kind and to be the best versions of themselves.
